How do we work together?
Proper's Strategic Consulting is based on a Fractional COO model, which is a part-time Chief Operations Officer. When you work with Proper for strategic consulting, its not just talk and a to-do list. You work with a dedicated member of your team. Through unlimited email access, regular office hours, and on-call support for all your design 911s, Proper is hands on, with done-for-you implementation for all the intricate aspects of your business, strategic planning sessions for dreaming and growing, and supporting you through transitions with your business. It's like having a part time business partner.
What templates are included in strategic consulting with Proper?
Proper's templates and scripts includes professional and clear client and vendor communication that supports a wide breadth of the work you do in your interior design business. We also provide core process and policy templates for your business including company culture documents, strategic planning documents to guide you for the years to come, hiring processes, and routine financial processes. Proper also provides checklists and direction for an elevated client experience - covering contracts, process guides, presentation templates and high-end deliverables for every step that you take with your clients.
