LEANNE BUNNELL, PRINCIPAL DESIGNER
Yep, that’s me. I know I don’t make many personal appearances here, but if we’re working together on your home, it’s safe to say you and I will be getting prett-y close. 😉
As the Principal Designer, most of my time is spent creatively directing your project, which includes problem solving, developing your design concept and its main elements, installation, and overseeing our fabulous team who manages the day-to-day details. Here’s how it shakes out…
INITIAL ON-SITE DESIGN CONSULTATION
We’ll talk home goals, design dilemmas, and your big dreams for a lifestyle you’ll love. Here’s what you can expect.
This is the stage when I focus on the final outcome of your project. It’s the true creative zone, where everything is on the table, solutions are developed, and we have our eureka moments. LOVE this part!
Design development is a deep dive into how we’ll do the things we came up with in the concept phase… and who will do them. Most of our time is spent here, and we focus on the details and adding the magic. I do initial selections and draw on experience and expertise to direct this process — the meaty bit.
I help you create your initial budget, but I’ll also oversee (with the others on our team) the allocation of funds as we progress through the project. More on how we help you set your budget here.
I’ll sign off on assembling our pre-vetted network of subcontractors and vendors to assist where needed. Then, we launch your project!
I’ll also conduct check-ups as the project is underway to ensure everything is completed according to our design plan and timeline. If any issues come up (which is normal), you get to stay stress-free. We’ve done this before (for 16 years!), and I’ll always approach you with NBS… Nothing But Solutions. 😉
We have various meetings throughout the project, from our Initial Consultation to the Design Concept Presentation to the Big Reveal… and you’ll find me at all of them. (Meeting with you is my favorite part!)
I wouldn’t miss this event for the world. Overseeing install and styling your home is a team effort, but one I wouldn’t miss for the world. I’ll be right there when you arrive at your new home for the first time… and we’ll pop some bubbly!
KELLY KIM, DESIGN ASSISTANT
All that design concept and developing I mentioned above? Well, I couldn’t do it alone — Kelly is my right-hand lady. She has a great eye for design and helps turn the concepts we know you’ll love into your Design Concept Presentation.
We learned long ago that everything, and I mean everything, should be documented, saved, and organized for each and every client of ours. Kelly’s our go-to for the administrative side of your project, and she does one heck of a job.
Kelly is also the one who keeps daily tabs on your project, product orders, shipments, and deliveries. She’ll also update you with weekly reports so you’re always in-the-know.
This may have less to do with your project, but it’s still important… Kelly is the lovely lady behind our fabulous social media profiles! She shares our blog updates, swoon-worthy photos, and might just give our design community peeks of your fabulous project. 😉
When we get together to create your design concept and assemble product samples for you, our library is Design HQ. Kelly is responsible for adding samples, organizing, and making it the happiest place in our office.
Kelly brings a stylish eye to prepping your space and all its accessories for your big reveal. The details matter!

PROJECT FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT
Lorissa is our money manager, making sure you get exactly what you’ve paid for, that quantities are correct, and that invoices line up. To help her do so, we use robust project management and accounting software designed specifically for interior design.

As part of Client Care, Lorissa makes sure all your project’s ends are tied up and that you feel 100% happy and ready to enjoy your new home. This includes any instructions and warranties for your new products/materials, along with our Thank You gift!
Lorissa is also on the job when we do community outreach, whether it’s within our industry (Divine Showroom) or for charity events that we sponsor and participate in (Barley & Smoke, Branch Out Foundation).
OFFICE & STUDIO ORGANIZATION
And, of course, Lorissa is the one who takes amazing care of us here in the office and our studio. Though you probably won’t see her at it, Lorissa is the incredible lady who helps us function at our best for you.
